Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  Same days shipping for orders received by 2:00 pm CST.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

 

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. OD Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Refused Packages

 

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

 United States Postal Service (USPS)

 

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide. Orders are shipped  via UPS Priority Mil International with standard shipping cost depending on location. OD Cosmetics will only ship to the address provided during checkout and is not responsible for packages being held in customs or grantee replacement for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered by customer during checkout process.

it's highly recommended to review your mail address and all information entered prior to completing your order to ensue that all information is correct.In the event you feel your package is lost or stolen , please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.It is suggested to provide the associated tracking information for your package to help assist in more thorough investigation.

Due to the nature of our product all lash sales are final!  Other products from our collection may be eligible for exchange. In any event that you receive your order and it is defective please immediately send us a picture of your shipment package as well as the items that arrived damaged via email at: info@odcosmetics.com or www.odcosmetics.com .
